Shiatsu is a healing massage that originated in the Far East and means finger pressure. It works holistically to improve energy flow via the meridians (energy pathways) in the body, releasing any blockages and stagnation.

How I work
The treatment takes 30 minutes and is done fully clothed while seated in a chair. I work the head, neck, shoulders, arms, hands, upper back and face. A bolster is used to support you when leaning forward and I will guide your breathing through different pressure points.
You will leave feeling lighter, more energised and deeply relaxed.
