My journey into healing and well-being began, as it does for so many of us, with an illness that became my greatest teacher.
At 21, I was diagnosed with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (ME), and what followed was a rollercoaster of challenges, lessons, and quiet revelations. At first, I felt completely disconnected — from my body, from my emotions, from the quiet wisdom within me. Slowly, I began to listen. To trust. To soften into what my body and spirit were asking of me.
It wasn’t easy. But I don’t regret a single step of that path, because it taught me how to return to myself — and to create the balance and deep nourishment I needed to heal. Today, my life feels more aligned, joyful, and whole than I could have imagined back then. I am now more in tune with what my body is communicating and am able to hear the subtle whispers before it has to shout.


That journey awakened my purpose: to help others reconnect with the wisdom and wholeness that already lives within them.
I know what it feels like to be overwhelmed, exhausted, and disconnected — to feel like life is moving too fast and you can’t keep up. We live in a world that glorifies doing, multitasking, pushing through… yet it leaves us feeling stuck, resentful, depleted, and unwell.
I believe there is another way — a gentler way.
My work is about holding a compassionate, sacred space where you feel seen, heard, and supported. Where it’s safe to be real and honest, even vulnerable. Where you can slow down long enough to hear your own inner guidance — because everything you need is already within you.
What brings me the greatest joy is witnessing those quiet moments of transformation in my clients — when something inside them shifts, and they remember who they truly are. It’s like watching a flower slowly unfurl in the sun.
